Our Key Account Management Asia-Pacific team is responsible for acquiring new customers and driving the growth and development of our existing customer portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region for both B2C and B2B cross-border parcel shipping. We design tailored end-to-end logistics solutions for our international customers, leveraging the Austrian Post Group’s parcel delivery network in Austria, our subsidiaries across Southeast and Eastern Europe, Turkey, and Azerbaijan, as well as our global partner networks.

We identify new e-commerce trade flows and market opportunities in both the B2B and B2C sectors and continuously expand our international footprint, both geographically and through innovative solutions and services along the entire e-commerce value chain.

What you will work on

 

  • You actively support sales activities and manage the onboarding phase following successful customer acquisitions or product launches, including CRM maintenance, price setup, and the configuration of various customer tools and systems
  • You take ownership of administrative and billing-related back-office tasks, such as invoice preparation, complaint review, and the creation of reports and monthly billing statements
  • You process customer inquiries, credit notes, and payment reminders, and ensure timely payments through proactive communication
  • You support region-specific customer topics in day-to-day business operations and coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Quality Management, Business Customer Service, Accounting, and Controlling
  • You participate in customer meetings with Group customers together with the Key Account Manager as part of the sales team

 

What you bring with you

 

  • Completed university degree with a focus on Logistics, Marketing & Sales, International Trade, or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in Sales and/or Project Management, ideally within an international sales support environment
  • Reliable and flexible personality with a strong solution-oriented mindset as well as excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Analytical, structured, and process-oriented working style combined with strong perseverance and resilience
  • Fluent German and English language skills; knowledge of Chinese and a strong cultural understanding of business customers in Asia are considered a distinct advantage

 

Compensation depends on experience and qualifications; however, the minimum gross annual salary is EUR 35,000 (all-in).
