What this job is about

• You play a leading role in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions
• You act as a mentor and coach for team members, bringing forward innovation and improvements
• You develop scalable and efficient software solutions in .NET and the third-party frameworks we use
• You ensure best practices and cost-effectiveness in the integration and development of these software solutions
• You ensure that our software solutions comply with industry standards and our company strategy
 

What we are looking for

• Strong expertise in software solution architecture with a focus on .NET and C#
• Several years of experience in software development within complex system landscapes across various domains 
• Proficient language skills in English (German is a plus) and a completed education at the Matura level 
• High problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Communication and teamwork skills, especially in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders in cross-functional teams
